All personal data collected on this website is processed under the responsibility of Ts-Services, a limited liability company (SARL) with share capital of €500, registered in the Thonon-les-Bains Trade and Companies Register under number 893960773, with registered office at 1116 Route de Chez Pilloux, 74250 Fillinges, France. For the purposes of applicable data protection regulations, Ts-Services acts as the data controller.

2I. How Ts-Services Uses Your Personal Data

Ts-Services may use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Creating your customer account on this website
  • Managing orders for products and/or services
  • Publishing and managing reviews left on products and/or services ordered on this website
  • Sending you our newsletter, if you have subscribed
  • Responding to your contact request made through our website

3II. How Ts-Services Shares Your Personal Data

Within Ts-Services, and in relation to each processing purpose, personal data concerning you is collected, processed and stored by authorised Ts-Services personnel, solely within the scope of their respective responsibilities.

These service providers may use your information only for the purpose of providing services on behalf of Ts-Services.
  • (3) In fulfilment of a legal obligation: Ts-Services may share your information as required by laws and regulations, in order to resolve legal disputes, or as required by judicial or administrative authorities pursuant to law.

4III. How Ts-Services Protects Your Personal Data

Ts-Services places great importance on the security of your personal data and has adopted common industry practices to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss of such information.

Ts-Services also adopts the following organisational measures:

  • (1) We adopt reasonable and practicable measures to ensure that personal data collected is minimal and relevant to what is necessary, having regard to the purposes for which it is processed.
  • (2) We retain your personal data for the period strictly necessary for the processing purpose. For example, we retain data related to the performance of your orders for the period required by law for the retention of accounting records, i.e. a maximum of 10 years from the relevant financial year.
  • (3) We deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorised personnel can access your personal data.

5IV. Where Ts-Services Hosts and Transfers Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be hosted within the hosting infrastructure of our hosting providers, Infomaniak and Amazon, located in Switzerland and France.

Where such transfers exist, we ensure that these transfers of personal data are governed in accordance with applicable regulations to ensure an adequate level of data protection, either by a decision of the European Commission on adequacy, or through legal instruments such as data transfer agreements incorporating the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6V. How You Can Exercise Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to define instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death and the right to data portability.

The right of access means that you can ask us at any time whether we are processing personal data about you and, if so, what personal data is concerned and the characteristics of the processing carried out.

The right of rectification means that you can ask us to correct your personal data when it is inaccurate.

The right to erasure means that you can request the deletion of your personal data when its retention is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or when you have objected to the processing.

The right to restriction means that you can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances defined by the regulations.

The right to object means that you can object to the processing of your personal data when such processing is based on the pursuit of Ts-Services' legitimate interest.

The right to data portability means that you can ask us to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

When we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before such withdrawal.

Ts-Services reserves the right at any time to modify or update, in whole or in part, this privacy policy, due to changes in applicable personal data protection regulations or data processing operations carried out.

Any material change to the privacy policy will be notified to you by email when you have provided us with a valid email address and will be published on the website.
